I found Ritu during the COVID lockdown in 2020. I have grown up overweight since my adolescence and had major health issues associated too which should not be the case for a 20 year old. When I started training with her, she brought a whole new outlook for me making working out a positive thing and an amazing lifestyle and not just a way to lose weight.
